Do I have a lot to write about. I would right now but I’m having trouble with my stomach and I’m not up to elaborating. I just wanted to wish you all well in your endeavors and let you know I’m still kicking hard.

Dear Gemma; Thank god you wrote, I was wondering how you were doing. How did your trip go? I guess you do have a lot to write about but just want you to know I am here for you and wishing you no pain, just some kind of peaceful resolve in your battle. I have thought so much about you because you are young and wonderous and so what I would have liked to have been at your age. You really give an example of a mature young woman who has shown courage under great fires. I want to hear about your trip, the doggies, and their new outfits, your Mom, your sister, your boyfriend et al. Don’t give up the post, just get some energy so we can hear about your travels and of course any trouble that you are having. We want to help you through this time if we can. Love ya. Weezie
Hey there! I was just starting to wonder about you! Tell your stomach to knock it off and fill us in when you’re up to it!
Can’t wait to hear everything! =o)
Gemma:
I’m so glad you’re back blogging! I’ve missed reading your heart thoughts. You write so eloquently. It was so good to talk with you Sunday. I see the look on Zac’s face when he gets off the phone with you and I know he’s praying so hard for you as we all are. He loves you so much. He’s looking forward to seeing you at the end of Oct. You are such a sweet young woman. You have a beautiful gentle spirit, yet you are so strong. What an incredible combination. Keep up the fight, you will be a winner! Love you, Darcie
One of the first things I do in the mornings is check and see if you have written anything new. I have been following your blogs for awhile and have kept you in my prayers from the beginning. I know many have mentioned that you should write a book and I agree. You have a way with words that far surpasses your age. I am so sorry you have had to endure so much but, please know how many of us out here are rooting for you. I love the pictures too! Please post again when you are feeling better. You are always in my prayers, Kellye
I will wait for your news till your tummy is better.

Hi Gemma,
Good to hear from you again. Thanks for checking in even though you don’t feel very good. We are all here for you. I love reading your words——you make me feel young again when you write about your puppies and family. Hang in there!
My dear sweet Gemma,
What a wonderful gift to read all about the little girl I thought I knew so well. You put your old mother to shame with your grace and maturity. I know you are so strong,so I will lean on you from time to time if you don’t mind. I love you so much and it’s so comforting to know there are so many lovely people out there on your side.
heh ^ my mom. She forgot to log out I guess
Thanks God you’re back blogging. Hope you watch the stand up to cancer they did a good campaign. Just tickle your tummy to 4get the pain. You’re such an inspiration!
Hi Gemma’s Mom; You need your own handle girl. I loved your comments about your daughter. You know we need you here too. How about a name like Gem’s Mom. You know she is a gem of a girl which speaks pretty highly of you as her guidance teacher. We are all praying for better days ahead for our little grown up girl. We feel pretty protective of her, but well, it seems she has the courage and sophistication of a wise old woman, year’s beyond us all. How about that book? We could use some enlightenment here. Well that might not be in the cards, so we will accept any tidbits she can give us. Hope the trip was successful. Any pics? Loving you both. Weezie
Dear Sweet Gemma and Your Mom,
We are indeed so pleased to hear from you. We all worry when Gemma isn’t in contact. She has many mothers and fathers out here who have grown to care about her so. Gemma you are amazing and your mother is so sweet and dear just like you… not surprising. Weezie is right, Mom, you need your own blog. We will await your update for when you feel better, Gemma. Gaile
Dear Gemma,
The pics of your new puppy that you sent to me some months ago just popped up on my screensaver and I was wondering how both of you are doing.
I am sorry you are having stomach problems. I know it is tough. Hang in there.
My love, thoughts and prayers are with you and your family each and every day.
Love and many hugs,
Joyce

I miss you. Please come back as soon as you can.
My love, thoughts and prayers are always with you, my friend.
Love and blessings,

Gemma and Gemma’s Mom. We are still writing to find you and bring you love from a huge gaggle of friends here at Blog for A Cure. We haven’t forgotten about you so we just keep posting new stuff to your last post. Feels like Fall up here now. Yesterday it was 24 degrees (summer’s day), but today the leaves are starting to fall and turn colour. Much cooler but sunny here in good old Toronto, Ontario. Our Thanksgiving is Mon. Oct. 13th which is 6 weeks earlier than yours but it is great because all the wonderful veggies are in season and we just stuff ourselves with far too much turkey, potatoes, veggies, gravy and of course Pumpkin Pie. There is no discussions of Xmas shopping because it is far away so no commercialism in that regard.
I hope they have found some great new way to get rid of your pain in the stomach. Take care friend we miss you.
Weezie
