News from BostonViews: 355

Finally. They found a study going on in Bethesda Maryland for me to join in (we are not yet sure what it entails at the moment). But one of the conditions is to be stable. To be honest, I’m worried I’m not considered so.

My calcium level and magnesium level have been so hard to manage. The lump feels bigger and it’s now pushing on something that’s making my back hurt. I can’t sleep because of it.

I am depressed, it’s from lack of sleep. I need to take Tylenol and try again to sleep in. It’s not so much the pain that bothers me, it’s what might be causing it.

I need a hug and I won’t be able to get one until my mom lands back in Pittsburgh tonight at 9.

Maybe a heating pad will work.

Hi Gemma; It pains me to hear that you are so afraid of what is happening inside your body. I can hope that your next visit to Boston will prove to be positive and that you do end up in the study. I guess stable means your blook work. What does your surgeon say about the lump? Is it something you can have removed or is it due to the drugs you are taking? I know about fear and that is probably causing the lack of sleep rather than the pain. It’s the waiting that makes this so unpleasant. I’m praying for fast, speed lightening decisions on the Dr.’s part so that you can feel like something is really happening that is positive in your healtcare. By now your Mom is home and that should help you greatly. Give the doggies a hug and have a playful weekend. Nothing happens on weekends that have to do with our health. Good luck and keep us posted. Love Weezie

Hi honey,
One bug hug coming your way… You’re stronger than you think, remember that. Stop worrying about getting some sleep and sleep will come. Hang in there, we’re all here for you.

ooooo
Tanya

I meant BIG hug, but I guess bug hugs are ok too!

lol…

I send hugs too but I like bugs to.

I love Lady Bugs. They are lucky so I send them to you.

Love Sherri

I send you a lots of hugs and kisses. Don’t worry too much always have a positive attitude that you can make it. Always visualize that you’re always healthy. If you can’t sleep try tylenol PM or drink hot milk before you go to sleep and exercise and then once you’re tired for sure you could sleep. We’re always here for you. Xoxo , Leah

Hi, Gemma:
This is probably a stupid question, but can the doctors take the lump out? What is it? I’m glad you will be in the study. Sounds good. Also, when I can’t sleep, I make a cup of hot chocolate. It works wonders——-I think because of the warm milk. Try it.
Take care of yourself and keep in touch!
