This blog is going to be something that I vent into, which I’m assuming what most use this thing for.

I wanted to thank the kind people who have commented. I never expected them. Every comment left was full of positivity and they made me all misty eyed. I’m a grade A faucet but I’ve been placed in a strangers prayers and they will be placed right into mine which I think it something to silently weep about (happy tears though :)). I promise.

In other words, I went to the hair salon intending to get a buzz cut just because losing 20 or so inches of hair in clumps I could imagine being not only messy but a little disturbing. I sat in the chair and silently freaked. I ended up getting a very cute bob cut. I was hoping to hate it just so I wouldn’t mind losing it but I found a hairstyle that I am eager to maintain once chemo is done. I also picked up my wig which is beautiful too :) this won’t be so bad.

Much love,

Great photos! like the new hairdo and the wristband!

vent away! That’s what we’re here for! BTW, ever thought of a career in writing? You have a way with words…

Something I’ve found about cancer is that it’s changed me, for the better, believe it or not. can’t really explain. and those tears you mention, THEY ARE WHAT MAKE YOU STRONGER. Once you go through all of the pain and sadness that this strange disease creates, you come out feelng like there’s one more horrible thing that you can handle. If you never went through the pain you would never realize how strong you are!

Cry away, vent away, and definitely keep writing!
